Wastelandia. After a cursory search, it looks like there's just a pilot episode and that's it. I also thought this & defended it earlier ITT because I'll admit I find this clip rather charming as well as the artstyle & characters, but the rest of the pilot is somewhat insufferable & I'm clearly not part of the target audience (which seems to be liberal art students, et al.).
