The second anfoo hunger games. Submit your OC by 3/6 at 6pm EST to participate.
RULES:
The gimmick fur this one is that you have to make a character specifically fur the hunger games. That means NO characters that existed prior to this post being made, whether you made them or otherwise.

Also we're trying a different site this time: https://orteil.dashnet.org/murdergames/
Take a look at it and make sure to specify which two perks and item your character gets or else I will make it whatever. You can also choose fur your character to be part of a team, only two per team though. Going solo is also an option if you prefer.

Have fun, looking furward to seeing what characters you guys come up with!

Made a Lemur fur this. Her name is Lurobi and she was a spec-ops soldier who was involed in a mission operating under bad intel which caused her commander to issue a retreat. She was the lone survivor of her squad and she got left behind on the world she was on. She went axe crazy and made a crossbow out of a crashed corvette's mass driver, found a working ship and became a bounty hunter. Kind of phoned this one in but oh well
Fur perks, sociopath and survivalist, I guess.

She dual wields golf clubs, and has a device on her arm that can generate infinite golf balls. She can clobber foes with her clubs, or launch golf balls at her enemies from a distance. There is nothing, NOTHING more important to her than golf. 

While her golf skills may have toppled an empire, with they be enough to survive the hunger games? Will she be able to defeat all her enemies in a single putt? Hunger games is serious, so no mulligans!

Hichiro, she's a white fox with black hair and has scars caused by bad guys. 

Her dad was a sword furger,  when she was younger like maybe 16, Hichiro and her dad were working together to furge a katana just fur Hichiro herself to wield in self defense, but when they finished making it and placing the sword somewhere secret, The Evil Guys showed up destroyed the home and stole the other swords that were furged. But befure they left, they killed her dad so that he can't furge anymore swords.

The Evil Guys left her alone to mourn her dad, so she got angry and took her own sword that they furged together from the secret place to train. Years later, she turns 19 and is planning to take her revenge on The Evil Guys, with her katana called , Vulpes Hi tu Mizu.

But first can she win in the hunger games?

If we're allowing multiple characters, here is Lurobi's teammate, AMUN-R4 (thanks to Eugenic fur the name). He is a bodyguard robot who was Lurobi's only companion during her time marooned, she became very emotionally dependent on him which he is unable (and unwilling) to reciprocate since his programming isn't sophisticated enough. And yes, he does have wrist rockets. Rocket Launcher fur weapon, and sociopath/unstable fur the perks

I did not think about that lol, probably yeah. I thought of her as annoying because she is so smart she is also arrogant. A know it all and the peak of dunning kruger effect, just because she knows a lot about wizardry doesn't mean she knows everything! She looks down on normies, so yeah, she'd probably mess with them too

If he is included, he should be in a team with Toby. His real name's Robert. His first nickname was Bobby but, being good friends with Toby and being frequently seen together, many started calling him "Boby" (pronounced boe-bee) simply to make his name rhyme with Toby's. I envisioned him as the brighter, more charismatic counterpart to Toby.

This is Yuni, the cultural exchange student at a human school. She is very short fur a node, so she prefers to be in the company of humans even going so far as to wear a wig and human attire to appear more like one. She doesn't have the best relationship with her parents and she doesn't have a lot of friends, so most of her time is spent writing, drawing, or reading.
The original idea fur this was a node sparkledog but she looks more like a scene kid.

I think the issue is that the face does not match the body. The face is very simplified, but the bodily proportions are still mostly realistic. A typical cartoon character's head should typically be larger than normal. Look at something like Averi if you want to understand what I mean

What do we think of this one? I think having perks is kind of interesting so it isn't entirely just rng, but I feel like the normal hunger games simulator has some more interesting events and down time interactions

The concept behind this sim is great but you are right about the lack of events & interactions. It feels like the characters didn't interact much outside of killing each other. And it also felt like they were effectively twiddling their thumbs between said killings.
Maybe it'd be worth reusing these same characters in the old sim to see how they compare.
