You're assuming that she's a regular animal. While all those foods would indeed by unhealthy for a regular dog, cat, or fox; you haven't accounted for fluffy companions having evolved to be more tolerant of those foods. Heck, even humans are not universal in what foods we can eat. For example, the Japanese have naturally developed certain enzymes in their body that make them more easily able to digest things like seaweed and fish. Some people are able to eat duck eggs without issue, while others can only stand chicken eggs, etc.

You stay work-safe, and no one bats an eye.
Lewd a character, and everyone loses their minds. Fans will beg fur more, and haters will obsess about you. People start caring about you.
If the rule you followed brought you nothing, of what use was the rule?
If an artist's goal is attention, to have influence on others, then what incentive is there to follow the rules?
>but I draw fur myself
Don't lie.
You couldn't post a single memorable work-safe drawing if you tried, but you'll remember that one lewd animation from a decade ago.

The responses to a recent post showed there is some truth to this. People cared when the rule against porn was broken, but those who have always followed the rules remained ignored or forgotten.
What would get people to care about safe content? Not just here, but out on the internet in general. When porn is rewarded with attention, and safe content is not, then what incentive is there for an artist to NOT switch over when they desire attention?

>Anon, do you renounce Satan? And all his works? And all his pomps?

The drawings in the art thread which don't get replies are not being ignored. If every person replied to every artwork they liked, the threads would hit the reply limit in weeks.
>>98239
When you see something outrageous or unusual it naturally generates replies. It doesn't mean what is usually posted isn't appreciated, just that there's little need to reply "wow!" to every single drawing, even though they are all worthy of such a comment it would get repetitive.
In a similar sense, if hypothetically the culture of the site were flipped and most drawings were nsfw while only a few were sfw, I can bet that the sfw ones would draw the most attention due to deviating more from the norm. It doesn't mean nsfw content is inherently better or worse, just that when you bring it into a setting it's not usually posted in then that's when it gets more attention. But it goes back to the idea of, if you just want to absolutely maximize the attention you get, there's more efficient ways to do it than just drawing nsfw and there's no reason not to seek out such efficiency
