Serious answer: we are getting into motte-and-bailey territory here. We need to be very careful with the terms we use 'cos words mean something.
I have only ever heard "loli" used to mean "sexualized depiction of female character of age anywhere between jailbait and actual literal little kid." It doesn't mean "cute kid." It doesn't mean "woman under thirty." It is pretty much never used in any other way but "she may only be nine but acktchewally I think she's hawt, guise!" It pretty much always carries with it an implicit "UOHHHHHH cunny ToT"
If we are talking about the potato fox specifically, I think she's absolutely adorable. I do not post Kuzure art. I am very cautious and very selective about what I post, here and everywhere else. Part of it is that my interests run more to wish-fulfillment fantasies (in b4 "cope") about fuzzy ladies who are of date-able age. Part of it is the unfortunate fact that posting images of kids is likely to bring in people who look at kids and say "UOOOOOOH," in direct proportion to the number and frequency with which such images appear. This leaves me sad and disgusted, but the fact that it bothers me doesn't make it untrue.
